Perth CBD Workplace

This CBD workplace reimagines the contemporary office as a connected, people-centred environment. Spanning 12,000m² across six interconnected levels, the design is anchored by two sculptural staircases that transform circulation into opportunities for connection, collaboration and shared experience.

A comprehensive workplace strategy informed a flexible environment that balances focused work, collaboration and wellbeing. Inspired by the Western Australian landscape, a restrained palette of warm timber, tactile finishes and natural planting creates a timeless, sophisticated interior.

At its heart, the sculptural staircases become the workplace’s defining social and architectural gesture, uniting all six levels while encouraging movement, interaction and a strong sense of community.

The result is a workplace where architecture, strategy and materiality come together to create an enduring environment that is intuitive, engaging and distinctly connected to place.
