Bruce Insurance is a family built, WA founded company. Their strong connection to Western Australia and family heritage meant that it was essential we capture this in their new workplace design.
Their existing siloed workplace dictated the new direction and design focus—greater staff amenity and collaboration—in order to provide more opportunities for connection both socially and professionally.
It was important that the Bruce brand speak boldly and strongly in the reception area. The rest of the workspace blends a meaningful connection to the company’s history and tastefully reflects the natural landscape of WA.
The result is a warm, bold and balanced interior with intriguing depth and natural textures.
