Through MKDC’s detailed workplace design process, we collaborated with the client to define spatial relationships, operational priorities, and workflow strategies. Through an extensive staff engagement process, MKDC created a workplace strategy. This strategy helped guide the Mining Company through a change management program. This helped employees adopt the new ABW workstyles with confidence.
The office design emphasises three pillars of modern workplaces: people, place, and technology. Acoustic privacy, quiet zones, phone booths, and sound-treated meeting rooms provide confidential workspaces. Biophilic elements, natural light, and contemporary finishes enhance staff comfort, well-being, and engagement.
