West Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC) have occupied their existing tenancy for over 20 years. With several partial upgrades undertaken over the years a full refurbishment was overdue for the reincarnation of the space in 2020.
WATC, being the peak body for state finances in Western Australia, understandably wanted their new office to reflect this standing particularly for clients and Government Officials visiting the space. The understated but elegant unmanned reception is the centre piece of the fitout featuring handmade terracotta breeze blocks as a dividing wall between the waiting area and meeting rooms. The remainder of the office is understated and timeless with a colour scheme centred around the WA flora and is ABW ready for the transition in the future.
