Redefining the customer experience at the new Department of Transport DVS in Success required an experience-oriented, logical and functional brief.
Reduced wait times and increased customer satisfaction were among the brief requirements, which we met through implementing clear signage, branded wayfinding and a new ‘concierge’ model. Additionally, we incorporated bespoke cabinetry, seamless IT integration and an ergonomically considered layout—overall achieving the benchmark future model for DVS Centres in WA.
The outcome is a clean, contemporary fitout that has the capacity to direct and manage large numbers of visitors in an engaging and appropriate way. A welcoming interior with timber accents and custom cabinetwork have improved spatial efficiency while reducing directional ambiguity and increasing ease of movement.
