MercyCare assist thousands of Australians every year, supporting their journey through life with a variety of services in aged care, early learning, disability, and family and community services.
The new MercyCare Southern Hub serves as a touch-down and support space for any staff that operates within the surrounding region. Diverse space types have been provided to allow multiple ways of working; whether it be focused work, collaborative or process work. A new wellness space, staff hub and new training rooms provide staff with spaces to support their time in the hub.
Internal finishes take inspiration from the surrounding environment, with elements of farmland, the ocean and bushland present in the selection of colours and materials. The natural and earthy palette sits atop a neutral base palette, creating a calming work environment for both staff and visitors.
